Zacharia MAHOLOBELA (34) appeared in court in Johannesburg under the Suppression of Communism Act charged with taking part in the activities of banned organisations. He was said to have distributed a pamphlet headed "The Voice of the ANC Umkhonto we Sizwe - The War is on". He was arrested in Commissioner St on 21 August.
