Report on the reduction of Tefeto H. Mokhethi's sentence.

The Appeal Court in Bloemfontein has reduced a four-year jail sentence for a man found guilty last year of charges under the Suppression of Communism Act to an 18-month sentence.

Tefeto H. Mokhethi (26) (previously reported in the press and FOCUS under the name of Henry T. Mothibi), a graduate of the University of Lesotho, was employed on a research project by the Anglo American Corporation at the time of his arrest.
