Magistrates Court in February charged under the Terrorism Act with conspiracy to undergo military training. They were Nkosana MATIWANA (19) Vuyiso GAMA (18) Monde MTHANGA (20) and an unnamed youth (16). No evidence was led and no further reports have been received.
## MARUME and OTHERS Six students from Sebokeng appeared in Vereeniging Regional Court in April charged under the Terrorism Act and alternatively with sabotage or arson. They are Johannes Mokotlhe MARUME (18) Ezekiel SEAKGWA (19) Lazarus LEBOLWANE (18) Thomas Molefe NHLAPO (19) and two unnamed youths aged 16. The case was remanded to 25 June.
## SEROKOLO and OTHERS Three women appeared in Johannesburg Magistrates Court in April charged under the Terrorism Act. They are Monsidisi Kate SEROKOLO (28) of Potgietersrus, Martha Matshedisco LEGOABE (56) of Pretoria and Momiki Elizabeth GUMEDE (57) of Soweto, Mrs. Legoabe and her daughter Kate Serokolo were detained in December 1978.
## SIPHIWO MTIMKULU A young man from Zwide Village Port Elizabeth, Siphiwo Maxwell MTIMKULU (18) appeared before a magistrate in February charged under the Suppression of Communism (now Internal Security) Act with wearing the emblem of the banned South African Students Organization (SASO) on a T-shirt.
## MOGALE and MABASO It is believed that Elias MABASO, currently on trial with Linda MOGALE is also serving a five year sentence for sabotage imposed in May 1978 where the name is given Elias MABASA.
