An executive member of the Transkei Democratic Progressive Party, Babini PIKASHE (49), appeared in the Umtata Magistrate's Court on 3 October on a charge under the Transkei Constitution Act. He is accused of "violating the dignity of the Transkei State President", namely Chief Kaiser Matanzima (see FOCUS 24 p.6) (WIP Nov 1979)
