Isaac MOROE, former Bloemfontein journalist and former chairman of the Writers' Association of South Africa (Wasa), has crossed into Lesotho and is reported to be in Maseru applying for political asylum. He had been banned and banished to the Orange Free State town of Bethlehem near the Lesotho border in December 1978 after being released from detention. (see FOCUS 20 p.8; DD 27.8.79)
