Madala MAGUDULELA (41), advertising manager for a musical group, is appearing in a Kempton Park circuit court on a charge under the Terrorism Act. He has pleaded not guilty. He is alleged to have conveyed six youths to Swaziland, and to have encouraged or assisted them to go for military training by transporting them to an ANC house. The accused told the court that he had been pressured by the police, and his initial statement had been dictated to him. (Post 11.10.79)
