The trial of Bhekithiza Oliver NQUBELANI (26) accused of placing a bomb in Cape Town Supreme Court in May was in October postponed to 8 February.
The indictment alleges Nqubelani was trained in Angola and Botswana, was found in possession of 2 kg of explosives and attempted to kill members of the public. He was legally represented by Adv. B.M. Kies, who has since died.
