Mzwandile MBILINI and Malusi MPUMLWANA, both of Zwelitsha, King Williams Town, have been convicted of contravening their banning orders on 13 September by being together at Mbilini's home and thus communicating with each other. Each was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, suspended.
