NEW LAWS Two days before the inauguration of the new administration three South African laws were extended by proclamation to Namibia — the Intimidation Act, the Protection of Information Act and the Demonstrations in or near Court Buildings Prohibition Act, all of which came into force in South Africa itself in 1982.
